About the Role
Key Responsibilities;
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote Banks’s loan products and services (Non face to Face meet customer)
- Etc: Refinancing, credit card, house loan, personal loan, business loan, SME loan (Customer list will be provided)
• Explain the product or service to potential customers to meet needs of specific individuals
• Follow up with customers on pending documents
• Handle customer questions and objections
• Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources and pass to team lead to meet prospective customers.
Education and Experience;
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales or call centre agent will be added advantage
• No experience needed, training provided, if have telemarketing/customer service experience will be added advantage
• Fresh graduate/SPM level

Malay (Urgent needed) & Indian
Able to speak Bahasa Melayu (compulsary) & basic English
No experience needded & training will be provided
