Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior QC Specialist to join our quality control team. As a Senior QC Specialist, you will play a vital role in overseeing and executing quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance. Your expertise in quality assurance and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
▪ Lead and manage quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and auditing of products or processes.
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce quality standards and best practices.
▪ Develop and implement robust quality control procedures and guidelines.
▪ Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
▪ Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
▪ Work with engineering and production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
▪ Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior QC team members.
▪ Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
▪ Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
▪ Participate in supplier evaluations and audits to assess their quality performance.
▪ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
Requirement
▪ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
▪ Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, with X years in a senior role.
▪ Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices.
▪ Proven track record of effectively implementing quality control procedures and process improvements.
▪ Experience with inspection and testing techniques for various products or processes.
▪ Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001.
▪ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
▪ Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
▪ Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and support junior QC team members.
▪ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
▪ Experience in manufacturing or production environments is advantageous.
