About the Role
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the Software development team and participate in design ad development of software.
• Involve in gathering user requirement, programming, implementation, testing and deployment.
• Work closely with the Product Team and deeply explore and analyze business requirements, summarize functional use cases, and transform them into efficient technical solutions based on market trend.
• Improve and optimize code quality to ensure the new and existing products with high performance.
• Involve in the hiring process for the expansion of development team
Key requirements:
• Associate Degree or above in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
• 5 years experience in software development with solid experience in Golang is preferred.
• Experience in leading a small team of developers , providing mentoring ad guidance on a day-to-day basis.
• Previous experience in any C++/Python/iOS development would be advantageous but not a must.
• Good command in both spoken and written Mandarin and English as this role will need to liaise with other stakeholders from other countries
