About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell our POS systems and software solutions to F&B Malay businesses, including restaurants, retail stores, and SMEs.
Develop strong relationships with potential clients and business owners in the Malay community.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the market.
Conduct product demonstrations, explain key features, and provide solutions tailored to clients' business needs.
Achieve sales targets and work towards revenue growth in the Malay market segment.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback using CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotions targeting the Malay-speaking audience.
Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
✅ Female Malay candidate preferred (to cater to the Malay market).
✅ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided!
✅ Passion for sales, marketing, and technology.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malay & English.
✅ Must have own transport (as the role requires travel for client meetings and product presentations).
✅ Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
