About the Role
Duties & Responsibilities
Overseen all the production plant for Fractionation, Refinery, Hydrogenation and Inter-esterification.
Coordinate with Marketing Team, Shipping Logistics & QC on all the schedule and operation issue.
Managed process parameters stabilization through production executives, ensuring that established parameters are always followed.
To ensure cost effectiveness on operation and optimized the plant operation for better OEE and processing cost.
Communicate & discuss with customer on new tailor made production development and plant facility upgrade to fulfil the customer requirement.
Prepared annual budget, monthly production report and organize the monthly operation meeting within Production, Marketing & Shipping.
Chair the biweekly meeting with maintenance team on plant maintenance issue.
Explore the possibility to incorporate the new technology for process improvement and new operation.
Active participation in the all the Food Safety, Quality, RSPO & MSPO, Safety and Environmental Care Management System implementation & certification programs.
Skills & Experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees.
Good leadership and is able to lead all the department
A self-starter and is able to work as a team and also work independently
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or its equivalent with minimum 20 years of working experience in vegetable oils & fats industry.
Experience must be in the same industry as vegetable oils & fats industry
