As a Customer Service Executive, candidate will be based in Johor Bahru and will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

As a Customer Service Executive, candidate will be based in Startek Johor Bahru and will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.


Candidate will play an important role in:

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products

  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

To be successful in this role, candidate will need to have:

  • Good communication skills (Based on language requirement of the project).

  • SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.

  • Candidate are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.

  • Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

Working days and working hours ( Shift Pattern)

  • Candidate are required to work on (24 hours) rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.

  • 9 hours working including 1-hour meal time.

  • Earliest shift started from 6.30 a.m.

  • Last shift will start from 10.00 p.m.

  • Shift pattern will be changing once a week.
