About the Role
Job Description
To conduct market study for any potential investment and land development opportunities to expand the company’s property development portfolio.
To review the current business plan for any improvement opportunity and develop business growth strategies and plans.
To closely liaising, coordinating and maintain a good working relationship with bankers and financiers for the purpose of end financing and loa applications.
Develop and implement sales and channel development strategies for the market to achieve sales targets and market share.
Plan and organize sales activities in the market, to increase brand awareness and market share.
Work closely with the management to develop products in accordance to the required costs and target prices as required by the market/customer
Achieve sales targets through effective promotion of services and negotiation of contracts.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
Possessed at least a bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, and/or equivalent related qualification.
Having at least 5 years of related working experience in the area of business development, particularly in property development sector.
Able to converse and correspond fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and in English.
Possessed own vehicle and able to travel outstation whenever required.
Computer literate.
Able to multitask and handling multiple development projects.
