About the Role
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides consultancy services to customers on the implementation of digital experience and application performance monitoring.
- Provides consultancy services to customers on building of enterprise dashboards, data ingestions and analytics.
- Involves in providing implementation services to deploy monitoring for customer’s key digital services hosted in various technologies ranging from mobile applications to microservices and containers.
- Involves in programming and scripting to work to perform data ingestions and manipulations from various data sources. - Provides root cause analysis and assessment services for customer’s applications with performance related issues.
- Provides consultations, recommendations, and actionable solutions to customers on performance improvements.
- Involves in planning and management of projects.
- Assists in providing justifications and value realizations of implemented monitoring solutions to customer’s business and operations.
- Plan, design and build business and operation centric monitoring dashboards for customers.
- Communicate effectively with different teams such as application, network and server team for requirement gathering and for root cause analysis.
- Willingness to be stationed long term at customer’s premises.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Willingness to travel within Klang Valley.
- Customer profiles range from financial institutions, insurance, telcos to government.
- Solution and technology trainings will be provided.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in
Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge in programming and interested to write codes and/or scripting
• Programming experience in Python, tools/frameworks/languages: Apple XCode,
Android Studio, Cordova, Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, etc
• Experience in implementing Splunk solution is an added advantage.
• Speaks, writes and presents fluently in English
