About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis and other fact-finding tasks to understand customer requirements.
- Document related business process/workflow and functional/non-functional requirements to be fulfilled towards meeting the project objectives.
- Do fit/gap analysis to produce a system design that is able to cater for all deliverables within the proposed solution.
- Bridge communication between customer and development team to ensure deliverables are within specifications to meet customer’s expectations.
- Perform system testing and plan for User Acceptance Test (UAT) once the solution is ready.
- Provide training to -customer’s key users as necessary.
- Implement proposed solution and provide continual support to assigned customers when necessary.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in retail, merchandising and/or finance field preferred.
Good working knowledge and understanding of business processes and software development life cycle (SDLC) recommended.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English (oral and written). Ability to read, write and converse in a second major language would be an advantage.
Proactive, team player and willingness to learn are desirable qualities.
Knowledge in computer hardware, networking, POS, ERP, F&B and/or other SQL-based solutions; troubleshooting and problem solving skills would be an added advantage.
Willing to travel (domestic and international).
